New Hanover County Parking Deck Repairs

Preserve Engineers completed a fast-track parking deck repair program for the NHC Parking Deck in Wilmington, NC. Our team provided the assessment, repair documents, and construction administration, taking the project from evaluation through completed repairs in approximately 45 days

Station Nine Parking Deck Repairs -

Preserve Engineers developed a parking structure restoration program for Station Nine, including concrete repairs, steel connection coating, joint sealant replacement, drainage improvements, and waterproofing repairs designed to reduce water infiltration and help keep the lower levels dry.

111 S Church St Parking Deck Stair Tower Repairs

Preserve Engineers developed a repair program for the 111 S Church Street Parking Deck stair tower, including new galvanized steel framing, slip-resistant treads, guards, handrails, connections, and localized concrete repairs. Preserve also completed the construction documents and bidding phase

Porter Building Parking Deck Repairs

Preserve Engineers developed a repair program for the Porter Building Parking Deck, including structural concrete repairs, supplemental shear connector repairs, joint sealant replacement, and related waterproofing improvements. Preserve also completed the construction documents and bidding phase and is providing construction administration.

Guilford County Government Plaza Restoration & Repairs

Members of the Preserve Engineers team developed a repair program for the Guilford County Government Center Plaza, including waterproofing replacement, drainage improvements, expansion joint repairs, bi-level drains, and plaza surface restoration. The team also provided repair design, bidding assistance, and construction administration.

Davidson College Library Cornice Repair & Restoration

Preserve Engineers developed a structural repair and retrofit program for the limestone cornice at Davidson College’s George Lawrence Abernathy Library, including repairs to existing supports, replacement of deficient connections, new limestone support details, and coordination with the renovation framing. Preserve is also providing construction administration during installation.
