Juan D. Sanchez, PE, MSCE is a licensed professional engineer with more than 18 years of experience specializing in parking structure maintenance and repair solutions. He has managed and designed hundreds of projects across the United States, helping owners protect their investments by extending the service life of their facilities and reducing unsafe conditions.

Juan holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering. His expertise includes structural evaluations, development of repair programs, and the implementation of maintenance and repair solutions for a wide range of structures.

He also led and helped develop parking restoration standards for a major nationwide engineering firm, helping establish best practices that continue to guide the industry today. Committed to advancing the restoration field, he is an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and serves on ACI Committee 440, which develops standards for FRP strengthening. Through this work, he contributes to shaping industry best practices and promoting long-term durability in structural repair.

Beyond his project work, Juan is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of engineers and sharing knowledge across the industry. He has co-presented lectures for graduate students at several universities on case studies involving parking structure repairs and has trained numerous young engineers entering the profession.

Dominic Biggers is a BIM Manager with 18 years of experience specializing in parking structure design and restoration projects. He has extensive expertise in Revit, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and the production of repair and construction documents, supported by a strong undergraduate focus in Civil Engineering.

Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, Dominic serves as a key link between engineering intent and clear, executable construction documentation. 

Dominic works seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to implement advanced BIM standards, delivering project solutions that prioritize clarity, efficiency, and long-term structural integrity.
